ABC Prevention Coalition Meeting Agenda

1. Land Acknowledgment
   Honoring the Indigenous communities whose ancestral lands we meet upon.
2. DEA National Take Back Day – Event Recap
   We’ll review how the April 26 event at John’s Pharmacy went and share outcomes related to safe medication disposal.
3. NMCS Update – Extended Deadline
   The New Mexico Community Survey has been extended! Both online and in-person data collection will now continue through May 4. We’ll share how you can help promote final participation.
4. State Legislative Updates
   We’ll provide brief updates on recent legislative developments and how they may impact prevention efforts and funding.
5. HEC Initiative Updates
   Get the latest on our local Health Equity Council programs, including needle pickup efforts and other community-driven projects making a difference.
