Community, Connection, and Care at ABQ Pride

Last Saturday, Health Equity Council was proud to join Albuquerque Pride and celebrate a community built on belonging, dignity, and support.

Our team shared substance use awareness resources, connected with community members, and had meaningful conversations about health, well-being, and access to care.

Supporting Pride is important because health equity means ensuring that everyone has access to information, resources, and services that help them live healthy lives. Communities are stronger when people feel safe, seen, respected, and connected.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, shared their stories, and helped make the day such a positive celebration of community.

Together, we’re building healthier, more equitable communities for all.
